The November 2017 sales stats are out - and this November has proven to be the second best on record, only slightly behind November 2016!

Even more surprisingly are the sales in the higher-end market, with 50 sales of residential detached homes over 500k this month, and 4 over 1 million!

Overall, Winnipeg is showing a balanced market, however the following neighbourhoods are short in supply and still in seller market territory: Riverview, Crescentwood, River Heights, Wolseley, Southdale, Fort Garry, Lindenwoods, Garden Grove and Harbourview South.
