Crescentwood is one of Winnipeg’s most elegant and historic neighbourhoods. Known for its tree-lined streets, this area exudes charm and sophistication. There are many reasonably sized (and priced!) housing options in the neighbourhood.  Most of the housing stock was built in the early 20th century, but there are the odd newer-built infill properties here and there.  There are numerous condominiums in the area, mostly character buildings with additional high-rise condos that were built in the 1960s along Wellington Crescent. 

Osborne Village

There are numerous options for the condominium buyer in trendy Osborne Village, and at all price points.  Single detached homes exist but come for sale rarely.  Osborne Village also has a large amount of rental units, making it a great choice for the savvy investor.
