Linden Woods & Linden Ridge

Explore Winnipeg’s Premier Communities

Linden Woods and Linden Ridge are two of Winnipeg’s most desirable neighbourhoods, celebrated for their elegant homes, meticulously landscaped parks, and welcoming community vibe. With scenic walking trails, calm lakes, and tree-lined streets, these areas blend suburban charm with modern convenience. This makes them a top choice for families, professionals, and retirees.

These communities are in the southwest part of the city. They have luxury homes, modern condos, and well-maintained single-family houses. This variety attracts many different buyers.

These neighbourhoods are popular with families, single professionals, and retirees. They are close to shopping, the University of Manitoba, the Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology, and a relatively quick commute to downtown Winnipeg.

Both neighbourhoods are quite car-centric, and are unfortunately not readily accessible by public transportation.  Although there is a feeder route that runs through Linden Woods, it only runs during peak times on weekdays.

A Picturesque and Established Neighbourhood

Linden Woods was developed in the 1980s and has since become one of Winnipeg’s premier suburban communities. Designed as a Master-planned residential neighbourhood, it features winding streets, cul-de-sacs, and an abundance of green space, including its signature feature—Linden Woods Lake.

The area’s planned design includes walking trails, parks, and lakes. This makes it a great choice for families and professionals who want a peaceful and connected community. Despite being adjacent to one of the city’s most busy thoroughfares, it presents as a quiet and tranquil place to live.
